During his distinguished career, David served as Executive VP, Chief Digital and Information Officer for Northwestern Mutual. He led the Digital Product, Engineering, Data / AI, Tech Ops, and Cybersecurity functions for the company’s full suite of Insurance, Wealth, and Institutional Investments services.
As Senior Vice President and Chief Technology and Data Officer for USAA Federal Savings Bank, David led the Technology and Data function for USAA’s Digital Bank, and was accountable for technology modernization, evolving to a Data-driven Bank, and strengthening IT Risk and Compliance Management.
He also served as CTO for Realogy Holdings (now Anywhere Real Estate), the Bank of Montreal’s Financial Group, and Promontory Financial Group. He has held senior technology positions with Capital One Financial Services, Federal Reserve Bank, and Accenture Consulting.
David received his MBA from the University of Richmond and his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Indiana University.
