Tracy Deuell is an experienced direct and interim CIO having supported several companies in their transformation or turnaround efforts. He brings more than 30 years of experience with a proven track record of developing and delivering aligned IT strategic solutions to achieve desired business outcomes.
Most recently, Tracy has worked as an independent consultant providing Interim and Fractional CIO services to numerous mid-market clients in the Mid-Atlantic/Southeast. He has provided transformative leadership across many industries and client types including Industrial, Healthcare, Financial Services, Startups, and large Non-Profits. As an Interim leader, Tracy provided valuable short term IT leadership while assisting clients in building and recruiting for long-term leadership and service solutions.
In addition to his consulting experience, Tracy was CIO with Electrical Equipment Company, where he developed a “cloud first” strategy and revamped the entire infrastructure to enable acquisition growth and improve business process enablement across 16 locations in the Southeast.
Tracy has served in several IT executive roles as well including Program CIO with Randstad Technologies / Genworth and Chief of Staff – Technology Services with Capital One.
Tracy has served on many advisory boards including Infor’s Global Cloud Customer Council, Infor’s Distribution Products Council, Atlantic Union Bank Architectural Review Board, and Cloud Advisory Board’s Service (Multiple Companies).
