Hector Barresi is a highly accomplished senior executive with more than two decades of experience in Industrial Product Development & Management, Digitalization, and M&A. Awarded two times for innovation, he is widely recognized as a driving force behind accelerated business growth, innovative breakthrough products, and successful acquisitions that have generated millions of dollars globally.

Throughout his career, Hector has held executive positions including Chief Product Officer and head of product development with prestigious corporations like HoneywellDanaherGeneral ElectricSpectrisIMI, and IDEX across North America, Europe, and Latin America. He has built and led effective organizations worldwide that consistently exceeded their business goals, earning him a reputation as a dynamic and results-driven leader.

Currently, Hector assists CEOs of mid-size industrial companies, executive boards, and private equity firms in developing and executing revenue growth strategies that rely on highly differentiated innovative products and exceptional teams, leveraging his deep understanding of industrial markets, innovation, and organizational leadership.
