Dennis is a proven leader in complex project organization and delivery with a deep understanding of digital technology implementation. He has extensive experience in applying diverse technologies to business problems, enabling client organizations to transform their businesses. Dennis has deep skills in executive management, sales, and operations with P/L responsibility. He is often called upon to advise clients on issues that are critical to the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer, Chief Technology Officer, and customer-facing executives.

As a founding Principal of Deloitte Digital, Dennis developed and executed the plan to define the scope and market-facing identity of Deloitte Digital. He led the Customer/eCommerce practice and was responsible for hiring, resource deployment, revenue targets, utilization targets, and practice growth. Dennis grew the practice to 450 US-based, 350 India-based personnel and $200 million over four years.

Before the formation of Deloitte Digital, Dennis founded Deloitte’s eCommerce practice. He led the eCommerce practice within Deloitte’s Technology Service Line, which grew to 110 US resources and $45 M of revenue over three years. He developed market alliances with several market-leading technology companies, including the Oracle ATG and SAP Hybris eCommerce organizations.

Dennis led many large-scale technology implementations for clients across multiple industries. He was responsible for project definition with client personnel, detailed project planning, and overall project delivery/risk management across the entire systems development lifecycle.

In addition to his experience in Deloitte Consulting/Deloitte Digital, Dennis has also served as a Board Member for a provider of a cloud-based fundraising platform, during which time he had an active role in the delivery
of a total solution re-platform effort and a major software release. He also created the processes for managing the company’s financials and developed the strategy to penetrate new market segments.

Dennis served as the Director of Performance Management for the Lieutenant Governor of Colorado, responsible for creating the transition plans of State Operations to the incoming administration as well as auditing the delivery of the
State’s HR system.

Dennis received his BS in Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana and his MBA with a focus in Operations and Marketing from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
