Donna Turner leads the firm’s Compliance and Fraud Prevention Practice, which focuses on helping fintech and financial services organizations build enterprise-grade fraud prevention programs and compliance frameworks that scale with growth.
During her 30+ year career, Donna has established herself as one of the pre-eminent voices in fraud prevention and compliance. She frequently writes and speaks on industry matters, and was recognized as one of the Most Influential Women in Payments. In addition, she holds two patents in Fraud Risk Management.
As Chief Operations Officer at Early Warning Services, Donna built and launched the Zelle Network, standing up the fraud prevention and operational infrastructure for a platform now processing billions in transactions annually.
At Bank of America, she served as SVP, Enterprise Fraud Management, where she spent a decade building out an Enterprise Fraud Risk Center of Excellence. She also held the role of SVP, Global Fraud Policy Control and Product Delivery Executive, managing large-scale operational functions including the debit card business. She began her career with PNC Bank in Risk Operations.
She has advised the NFL’s Carolina Panthers and serves on the boards of the Fraud Fight Club, Stop Scams Alliance, and The Knoble, remaining actively engaged in shaping industry standards and best practices in fraud prevention.
At CXO Partners, she helps companies as a strategic advisor and embedded executive with fraud risk management, regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and the systems required to support sustainable growth under increasing scrutiny.
Donna received her Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Florida. She holds an Enterprise Risk Certificate from the Harvard Business School.
