His expertise spans both Fortune 100 companies and private enterprises, positioning him as a proven leader in supporting middle-market companies on full-time, interim, and fractional CFO engagements.
Over his career, Chris has successfully guided more than a dozen companies through transformative milestones, including raising over $30 million in equity, facilitating three successful exits, and executing two strategic acquisitions. His ability to balance financial precision with strategic foresight has consistently delivered measurable results.
He has served as CFO for Overwatch, Charleston Battery, Generate, Tongal and A. Smith & Company.
In his most recent role, Chris served as interim CFO for a leading data center services company, overseeing a period of exceptional growth. Under his leadership, the company achieved a tripling of revenue within a year, turned profitable, and secured a $7.5M debt facility to support future expansion.
Chris’s career began at KPMG, where he earned his CPA certification and provided audit services to financial services clients. Later, he served as VP, of Financial Planning & Analysis at Time Warner’s HBO division, partnering on key initiatives amidst a period of 100% revenue growth. There, he played an integral role in managing satellite affiliate revenue, original programming investments, and syndication sales.
Chris received his BA from Columbia University, his MBA, Finance & Accounting, from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and his JD from Rutgers University School of Law.
