Tim Tsouchlos (TOO-close) is a global supply chain executive, strategy, and operations expert who has been leading high-impact initiatives throughout his 20-plus-year career. He builds supply chains that support sales growth, shorten decision cycles, and keep products flowing when competitors face disruptions.

Through his supply chain strategy, procurement transformation, supplier management, process automation, cost modeling and negotiation skills, he transforms supply chain teams and capabilities from a functional cost center to a value-creating growth engine.

Tim draws on decades of leadership across procurement, customer service, and P&Ls. Among his career highlights, he has:

  • Led material planning initiatives to support critical OEM product launches for key customers, including Apple, Motorola, Hewlett-Packard, Dell, Cisco, and Lenovo.
  • Run Global Indirect Procurement Systems Implementations (Coupa / Ariba / Esker) across 25 countries, 65 sites, 7000 users, $1.5B spend, on schedule and exceeding ROI metrics, delivering 7% overall savings annually through over 2500 global sourcing projects.
  • Established the implementation of Strategic Supplier frameworks across 4000 suppliers and $3.5B direct material spend
  • Led SAP implementations, with ownership of PP and SD configuration decisions, including build to forecast and order promising, and
  • Drove Inventory reduction initiatives, improving FG turns by as much as 50%.

Tim’s career began with Molex, a global manufacturer and supplier of electronic, electrical, and fiber optic connectivity systems. He served as Vice President of Procurement, Supplier Relationship Management (SRM). He also was Vice President of Sales, Personal Devices and held leaderhip positions in Business Development and Customer Service Operations.

Tim holds a B.S. in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University, and an MBA from the University of Texas McCombs School of Business where he was Summa Cum Laude and a Kozmetzky Award Recipient.
