Chris Gwiazda is a seasoned finance executive and trusted business advisor, bringing nearly 30 years of experience in driving growth, operational improvement, and business turnarounds across media, technology, and professional services sectors. His expertise spans both Fortune 100 companies and private enterprises, positioning him as a proven leader in supporting middle-market companies on full-time, interim, and fractional CFO engagements.

Over his career, Chris has successfully guided more than a dozen companies through transformative milestones, including raising over $30 million in equity, facilitating three successful exits, and executing two strategic acquisitions. His ability to balance financial precision with strategic foresight has consistently delivered measurable results.

He has served as CFO for Overwatch, Charleston Battery, Generate, Tongal and A. Smith & Company.

In his most recent role, Chris served as interim CFO for a leading data center services company, overseeing a period of exceptional growth. Under his leadership, the company achieved a tripling of revenue within a year, turned profitable, and secured a $7.5M debt facility to support future expansion.

Chris’s career began at KPMG, where he earned his CPA certification and provided audit services to financial services clients. Later, he served as VP, of Financial Planning & Analysis at Time Warner’s HBO division, partnering on key initiatives amidst a period of 100% revenue growth. There, he played an integral role in managing satellite affiliate revenue, original programming investments, and syndication sales.

Chris received his BA from Columbia University, his MBA, Finance & Accounting, from NYU’s Stern School of Business, and his JD from Rutgers University School of Law.

Mike Casey is the Managing Partner of CXO Partners. He also serves as Managing Partner of TechCXO’s CFO practice and brings more than 30 years of financial and operational leadership with a proven track record of execution as a growth and turnaround CFO.

Mike’s experience with TechCXO has included a variety of on demand and transformative interim roles including Meridium, Inc., a leader in asset management software; LogFire, Inc., a leader in cloud warehouse management software, where he served as COO/CFO, raising expansion capital and the sale of LogFire to Oracle Corporation, and Aptitude Health, Inc., a leader in strategic medical communication and education services, where Mike led the sale of prIME Oncology to Internet Brands and the sale of Aptitude Health to a shareholder.

Prior to TechCXO, Mike served as the CFO at several public software and services businesses through initial public offerings, turnaround and restructurings, and mergers & acquisitions including MAPICS, Inc., iXL Enterprises, Inc., Manhattan Associates, Inc., and IQ Software Corporation. Mike began his career as a CPA at Arthur Andersen, where he specialized in serving the technology and communications industries.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting from the University of Georgia. When he is not working, Mike enjoys time at the lake with family and the occasional bad round of golf.

Mark Livingston is a seasoned financial executive and CPA with over three decades of extensive experience in high-level financial roles, including interim and fractional CFO positions. Mark specializes in driving business profitability and sustainable growth through strategic financial leadership and robust business coaching.

Mark’s career is distinguished by his deep involvement in strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital-raising initiatives across a variety of industries, including energy, manufacturing, financial services, and telecommunications.

During his career, he has served in key executive roles, including at Quanex Building Products and Omega Protein Corporation. At Quanex, Mark was instrumental in removing silos and consolidating all finance/accounting functions. Additionally, Mark played a key finance role in executing a $92 million acquisition and leading immediate integration into the existing finance structure.

He’s also served in executive roles at ION Geophysical; Symetra Financial, where he was Chief Auditor; Qwest Communications, where he served as Director of Internal Audit; PwC, Global Marine, and Trammel Crow Company. Mark began his career with Arthur Andersen.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and has been a Certified Public Accountant in Texas since 1987. His commitment to excellence is evident in his professional achievements and his active participation in community initiatives, including the Wine Committee for the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.

Michael Levine is an Operating Partner in CXO Partners’ Finance and Operations practice. He serves as a thought leader and mentor to executives at growth-focused companies ranging in size from high-growth start-ups to global $1B+ firms including both public and private entities. As a C-suite executive, Michael has a unique combination of Finance, Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Operations, and Sales Leadership experience.

Michael works with executive leadership to ensure that initiatives are progressing toward successful completion, including, transparent management operating systems, plans, budgets, timely accountability analysis, and prompt corrective action while improving cybersecurity posture and alignment with business goals.

During his distinguished career, his key roles and accomplishments include CFO for Advantage Talent, Datasee.AI, Sercomm, and World Auto Group.

Bill Keneally is an accomplished finance executive and trusted business adviser. He has significant and diverse international management, financial and operating experience. His proven abilities include strategy, acquisitions, divestitures, valuations, analysis, restructuring, IPO, financial and operating systems, taxation, treasury, corporate finance and accounting.

Bill served as Vice President & Controller for Carson Wagonlit Travel, a global leader specialized in managing business travel and meetings and events. Bill was responsible for effectively and efficiently re-engineering the CWT global finance function.

He also served as COO for CrossBay Capital Partners, a boutique placement agent, where he was responsible for all of the internal operations of the firm including strategic planning, investment product management, compliance, finance, technology and human resources.

In addition, Bill was CFO for CTPartners (CTP on the NYSE since December 2010), and CFO for GTA, ultimately majority-owned and managed by the Blackstone Group through Travelport, a leading global wholesaler of accommodation, ground travel, sightseeing and other destination services. Bill was also SVP, Finance & Controller for Elizabeth Arden; SVP, Chief Accounting Officer and Controller for Covanta Energy and Partner and Managing Director – Hospitality and Leisure Real Estate Services for BDO LLP. He began his career with Arthur Andersen.
