Mark Beliczky

Mark Beliczky (“Béll-lis-Key”) is a Partner in CXO Partners Executive Operations & Revenue Growth group. He assists clients as an interim CEO. As a growth-minded, values-driven and people-centric business leader, Mark has a track record of transforming organizations, scaling operations, and building cultures of performance excellence.

He has served as a President & CEO, CMO, executive advisor, and partner to private equity firms, Fortune 50 companies, and start-ups—always focused on unlocking value creation through clarity of purpose/mission/vision, strategic execution, and freeing people to lead. For more than 35 years he has led company turnarounds, scaled businesses from mid-market to national prominence, advised start-ups and supported M&A and growth initiatives in sectors like residential and commercial real estate, healthcare, financial services, senior living, and BTB and BTC services.

During his distinguished career, he served as President & CEO of ProHome, a third-party warranty management services for residential builders and developers. Mark successfully re-organized and launched a business development program resulting in a 400% growth in new customers, and a 20% lead conversion rate through sales funnel metrics, goal setting, and the addition of a sales director, marketing director, and director of technology. As Operating Executive Management, Consultant & Adviser for The Carlyle Group, Mark successfully led the firm’s national practice in asset development and operational excellence. As SVP for Sunrise Senior Living, which served residents in more than 270 communities, Mark reorganized North American business units, including the successful acquisition and integration of a leading national firm, resulting in $600 million in incremental revenue.

Mark also held senior operating executive roles with PepsiCo, Yum! Brands, UBS and Citigroup. He received his MBA from Loyola University Maryland, and has served as a faculty member, mentor, research faculty member, and guest lecturer at Georgetown University, Ohio State University, and The George Washington University School of Medicine and Vienna University of Economics and Business. Mark is also certified as a Venture Mentor through MIT.

Ken Powell

Ken Powell leverages his innovative enterprise B2B selling skills, sales results, and sales leadership as an advisor and as an interim and fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Chief Sales Officer (CSO).He has led both public and private high-growth tech companies, notably in the SaaS, enterprise software, and digital technology spaces. Through roles as CEO/President and CRO/CSO, Ken has spearheaded revenue growth initiatives and technological integrations, making substantial contributions to venture-backed and multifaceted multinational corporations.

During his distinguished career, Ken served as Vice President & GM at Honeywell, where he played a pivotal role as the CRO of Global Software in the Energy, Process, and industrial sectors. Results included 127% revenue growth and 102% operating income plan. He also served as Group Vice President at Oracle, where he was in charge of sales & strategy for North America Strategic/Key Accounts, steering the company’s vision and growth in the region. He helped achieve growth of 170% net new revenue and 141% of plan. As Head of Global Sales at Halliburton, Ken displayed his acumen for global sales and strategy. Results included 133% revenue growth, 63% increase in recurring revenue, and pipeline to close ratio of 2.35:1.

President & GM, Micro Focus – Ken also led North America GTM, Sales, Marketing, & Operations for Micro Focus, underlining his multifaceted leadership capabilities.  As Senior Vice President & GM of SAP  for North America Global Accounts & FSI, Ken showcased his talent in fostering client relationships and driving sales. Results included 159% attainment of the annual target and 139% revenue growth.

Ken has also held Executive and VP Sales positions at Apple, McAfee, and BroadVision. Ken is a graduate of Boston University, where he earned his Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and continuing education at Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
